Dille & Kamille chooses sustainability down to the last fibre

07/08/2025

We believe that a good brush should not only be effective, but also made with respect for our climate. That is why sustainability is central to every step of our production process, from the selection of raw materials to the final finish.

FSC®-certified wood: from forest to brush

The basis of every quality brush starts with the wood. We only use FSC®-certified wood, which guarantees that it comes from sustainably managed forests. But our commitment goes beyond certification alone. We consciously choose to source our wood as close to home as possible, mainly from Poland and Slovakia. This not only minimises the impact of transport, but also supports responsible forest management within Europe.

Tampico fibre: the power of nature

For the bristles of our brushes, we embrace the power of nature with Tampico fibre. This robust and resilient fibre comes from the agave plant, which grows mainly in the desert regions of Mexico. Tampico fibre is known for its excellent cleaning properties and long lifespan, making it a perfect plant-based alternative to animal hair or synthetic fibres. By choosing Tampico, we not only offer a superior brushing experience, but also contribute to an animal-friendly and more sustainable future.

Collaboration with Dille & Kamille

Our commitment to sustainability and quality is recognised by partners who share the same values. A wonderful example of this is our collaboration with Dille & Kamille. They set high standards for the sustainability and origin of the materials they offer. In us, they found not only a supplier that met their strict criteria, but also an innovative partner that contributes ideas on the development of even more sustainable and environmentally friendly brushes.

We are proud that we consistently choose sustainability and innovation and continue to invest in the future.
The result? Brushes that not only do their job excellently, but also have a positive impact on our climate.
